Who We Are

Dr. Lawrence Fung is a dentist and entrepreneur who lives in Marina Del Rey. Born and raised in Southern California, he graduated from the University of Southern California with his undergraduate degree and went on to complete his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at USC. Lawrence then went to serve our country as a US Naval officer for four years.  Since returning home to Southern California, Lawrence completed a Master of Business at USC Marshall School of business. He continues to serve and has been very active in the community, serving on various boards including USC Athletics, Board of Governors. Some of his entrepreneur pursuits involved building a startup dental practice that had reached gross revenue over $1,000,000 in year three, assisted a startup oral healthcare company to its acquisition by Colgate in 2019, and is currently a product stakeholder in the creation of a cloud based software  for an 3D printing technologies company.

Lester Ciudad Real has over six years of real estate industry experience to include acquisitions, development, asset management and brokerage services. In previous roles Lester has worked on several industrial project totaling over $30 Million inl project cost. Additionally, Lester has extensive asset management experience where he managed over 1.5 million Square feet of office space and was directly involved in executing over 400,000 SF of commercial leasing as well as $15 million in capital improvements. Prior to his real estate experience, Lester served honorably in the United States Marine Corps and is a veteran of the Operation Enduring Freedom campaign. Lester earned a B.S from Hawaii Pacific University, a Master of Business and a Master of Real estate Development from the University of Southern California.
